Amanda, a brilliant Linguistics graduate from the University of Benin, landed a high-paying job after earning a first-class degree. Her life took a tragic turn when her family was murdered during a robbery, leaving her homeless. She was taken in by a wealthy woman, Mrs. Okonkwo. However, Mrs. Okonkwo’s daughter, Chizaram, driven by jealousy, falsely accused Amanda of theft and attempted to poison her. Her lies were exposed by her brother, Chinezu. Later sent to boarding school, Chizaram’s toxic behavior persisted, leading to her expulsion for trying to poison a classmate and repeated acts of theft and misconduct.
